Today I finished assemblying my 74 25HP Evin with my brother in law. We were going to rebuild, but bearing, pistons, cylinders, cranck, reeds and all looked almost like new. There was a damage to crank ( rust) where the top seal ran, giving a serious airleak. We added an extra seal above the renewed original. Before the repair it didnt run at upper cylinder at iddle and slower ( to 3000) rpm. Iddling now, it still loses a beat now and then at one cylinder. Is sounds a bit like shooting. When starting cold, the one cylinder starts a second or 2 later than the first. Compression 115 on both, clear blue spark, pionts at 0,020. The only error I can find should be worn throttle axle. What can be wrong ?
