Anders I also have a 25hp on a 14ft boat......the guys here are great, but will most likely need some more information from you in order to give you a good answer. Here are some things that the "prop guys" suggested me to answer when I was asking about the pitch of my prop.<br /><br />1. I didnt have a tach, maybe you do....if so post some WOT numbers for them<br /><br />2. What do you have now? (pitch)<br /><br />3. How long does it take to plane? (heavy and light loads)<br /><br /><br />For what its worth I have a 13p prop.......not saying that yours will also be that, but its a pretty standard pitch. These guys can let you know for sure.
