I have two charged crank batteries with a perko switch. they test good. the instrumnets and lights work fine, but at the throttle the tilt and trim switch des not work nor does the key start. I have checked all inline fuses, but i feel like there may be a circuit breaker somewhere. could there be some kind of breaker in the throttle/gear box? what else can i check.

Be sure that all connections from the battery are clean and tight, particularly where the ground cable connects to the engine block. Good idea is to take them off, clean and then reconnect.

There should be a fuse/circuit breaker somewhere under the bonnet, but i am not familiar with your engine, so just go looking.
