262 magnum gen+ EFI stalls

I have a 1997 262 magnum gen+ EFI V6 in my 67 larson,While trolling it will die without warning, after 10 minutes or so it will start and runs perfectly like nothing was ever wrong, about every 1/2 hr it dies and takes a ten minute siesta. I checked everything possible, gauges,circuit breakers/fuses,fuel system, and noticed the injector pump was very hot, not so hot you could'nt touch it but almost. Everything in the motor compartment was just warm even the themostat housing and hoses. This motor only has 10 hrs on a complete rebuild with brand new everything behind it. Could the injector pump be faulty and trippping a shutdown breaker that takes 10 minutes to cool down enough to restart ? Yep, old meets new! not talkin about the boat, lol,... not! Any help will be appreciated, thanks.
