275 lower gear unit missing parts

We were planning on replacing the prop and now realize several parts behind the cone need replaced. The link is to a diagram of the outdrive. Looks like we need everything in front of the zink ring...however 36 and 35A were nowhere to be found behind my propeller...I'm pretty sure the propeller was replaced from a 17 degree with a 19 degree is it possible they left this lock washer and spacer out on purpose or did they just make a mistake and Do I in fact need those missing parts...I'm planning on ordering a 19 degree just like what I pulled off. Attached are photos of what I pulled off in order from right to left.

I'm at a loss with the Volvo outdrives. I would suggests you have the prop repaired and get the lightly loaded wot rpm and gps speed.
before making a decision on prop selection.
The Volvo gurus should be along with more help.
While this is clearly a prop question it is also a Volvo question;
You may get assembly help in the Volvo I/O forum As it is kind of related to the 275 outdrive.
