28hp Evinrude - Now where did that come from?

I noticed the telltale sign of oil in the water behind the pontoon this weekend. The motor was tipped out of the water and checking the engine over I noticed a small amount of oil coming out of small hole in the lower unit on the starboard side. I assume this is telling me there is a seal going bad. Any direction?

Sounds like a drain hole. You probably saw some unburnt fuel draining there.

This would make sense because I noticed it the morning after a late night idle cruise around the lake. She loaded up on me once so I better make a mixture adjustment. Thanks!
