Part of this written by a friend, with my editing.<br />That's two hundred ninety two thousand one hundred and thirty one.<br />It's the number of young American men and women who DIED defending Europe in WWII, including Spain (neutral in WWII) and France and all the other nations who look on us with varied levels of disdain and disrespect. That's right, the number who DIED, nearly 300 THOUSAND. It does NOT include the wounded who lost limbs, eyesight, etc etc., who we Americans supported and their families when they returned home...<br />What would the world look like now if our threshold for the support and defense of our allies were limited to 200?
