292 tnt ski doo, spark issue

i have a 292 tnt skidoo, it is early 70's i believe and there is a stong spark to the plug connecter but no spark, is this because i ahve the wrong plug? if so could any one give me a site or a plug # for this ski doo

If you have spark at the plug wire but no spark at the plug then most likely the plug is shot. Try hooking another plug, any good plug, to the wire and ground it to the head and see if that one has spark. The correct plug for your 292 rotex is Bosch M280T1 or NGK A-7
