2nd time out this year

Got out again today.....wanted to chase some pike, and I was successful. In chasing them.

This was also my first purely solo launch and retrieve. Went fine...probably better than when my wife is there.

Good launch, good run, good weather, no leaks. Can't ask for much more than that......

Here's the spot I was fishing. Had some bites I think...will try again at a later time in the evening....after dinner or so.

Nice going...on the solo launch!

I have been successful doing this...but have got to figure out a way to 'know' when I have put enough trailer into the water.

P.S. don't dare tell the 'bride' that her services were not really needed....
