3.0 engine info

hi guys i have just bought my first boat which is in need of some work. i am trying to find some info on my engine so i can order some parts the guy i bought the boat from said it is a GM 3.0 140HP with a rochester 2 barrel carb the engine number is MO4139RK any help would be great thanks
