I have a Glasstream 190 SE with a 3.0L Engine. I tuned it up to specs and just last week rebuilt the cab. It was a mess with old gas and varnish in it. I was out Saturday and it ran like crap, started once, then flooded real bad when looking down the carbs. I full open throttle and it would start and run at fast speed for 30-40 secs and would just dead stop. I did this several times and the same thing, cabs full of gass when at idle and then would start at full throttle, but only run for a minute and would stop dead.
Carb bowl running dry?
A hole in the carb float?
I rebuilt the carb to spe and weigh the float, measured the drop (top and bottom) and so I think did everything else right.
Suggestion on cause and of fixes, and I know all the jokes. So help or shut-up, or make a offer.
