3.0 LX Question

I have 2001 Bayliner with the 3.0, but the block is cracked. I found a 1995 3.0 LX. My question will this inter-change without any problems, and what is different if anything?

Ayuh,... It should be a plug, 'n play swap...

Sounds good to me. Anything different should be minor problems. IE: shift cable location on a plate compared to the valve cover, easily solved.
