3.0 mercruiser parts needed!

2001 3.0 mercruiser. Had an engine fire and need the following help with part numbers and where to buy.
1. Engine wire harness
2. Neutral safety switch
3. Ignition coil
4. Harness between coil and distributor

Serial numbers are best?
Is it a MPI or carb?

The engine harness is all one piece which includes wiring that goes to the coil
