3.0l carb on 3.0lx

Hi. I have just bought a replacement carb for My mercruiser 3.0 lx from 1994 0F155441

But by mistanke i orderd a carb for the 1994, 3.0l.
The carb i have orderd is a sierrra carburetor 3310-860070A 2 18-7370N.
Is that going to work on the lx engine or do I need to order a New carb.

Everything I can find on that carb says it's good to go on a 3.0LX...
