Hello, this motor is new to me, not sure of age ( has brown and white Mecury decal ) but my questions are shift lever has neutral and 3 forward positions are they like 1st 2nd and 3rd? also when adjusting the carb what would be the general starting point for the high and low speed jet? it seems 1 1\4 out on low but I could use any advise on the adjustments. thanks for any help. ~Aaron
