Hello I'm new here and hoping someone can help me. I purchased a 89 sunsport 186 baja last summer, the guy I bought it from said it just died on him out on the lake the summer before, and he had no idea why. Any how I bought it parked for the winter and was hoping to get it running this summer, went to try and start it today and it won't crank over, I put two bolts in the front of the crank shaft pulley to see if I could turn it by hand with a bar between the bolts, will not move. My question is what would be the easiest way to tell if it is in fact siezed.and what kind of cost am I looking at to have it repaired. Sorry for such a long post.thank you for the help
