3.7 stalling issue

I have twin 3.7 i just fixed the cam seals on them and now the port side engine is running great but when i first took my boat out i got on plane and was doing like 35mph for all of probably 2 minutes and then i was going like 8mph both engines were still running and probably 10 minutes later the starboard stalled. Then when i got back to the marina i waited like 30 minutes and the starboard started working again. Any ideas?

fuel restriction,clogged vent, anti-syphon sticking, junk/debris in the tank

Ayuh,... Welcome Aboard,... Rotten Gas, Crud in the gas, Water in the fuel,..??
