The reason for the 4 blade prop is.....?
What relationship to pitch is there when switching to a 4?Should the diameter change also?
There dosen't seem to be any in stainless.

4 blade is better hole shot
3 blade top speed
aluminum will flex a little giving more top end

If you can't find a four-blade stainless you aren't looking very hard. Try right here on iBoats.

The guy's here take this far more serious than you might imagine, If you can or would post you you spec's at wide open throttle, rpm and speed it would be easy to dial a prop in for you.

Now if you simpley want a prop that can lug a lot, sure a 4 blade will work better than a 3 blade. But that is so generic and misleading to a 4blade prop most dont want to give a answer.

If that's all you want get a 16 p 4 blade problem solved, but dont speak of all around preformance, your getting what you asked for

Everythings a tradeoff. I go slow, so top end speed isn't in my quest. I rather have the power.
The motor isn't mounted yet so I can't say what the rps/WOT is.
I can't lay out 2 or 3 bills apeace for an inventory of props. Thayto:)s why mining the gold on here is SO appreciated. Thanks againo:)o:)

Pitch and diameter would probably help walleyehed help you!

Atleast I know which series of props will fit your rig now.
A question I would have is what type conditions will you be running in? Sand, mud, stumps, rocks, shallow/deep?
I "think" I might have an answer for ya, but I can't post links, so if you'll email me at ktsander@st-tel.net I'll give you the link.
