Check the machine shops in your local area. Any automotive machine shop can probably handle boreing. Ask around, bet there are people you know that have some recommendations.

most good machine shops will charge about 1500 to build a smallblock of almost any size.

your best bet is to find an engine builder in the area. two good engine builders are Baril engine in Green Bay wisconsin, or Manitowoc Motor Machine in Manitowoc

You are not far from Duluth/Superior, Chippewa Falls/Eau Claire, and even the Twin Cities. Many of the NAPA auto stores have a machine shop and do head and engine work. If there is a Chevy dealer nearby, ask them if they know a quality engine builder. If you are boring that engine, then "touching up" the crank is not a term I would use. Have the shop determiine if it needs to be turned and undersize bearings installed. You also need to have the shop determine how much to bore the engine. Don't buy pistons until you know what that number is. You should let them redo the heads as well or you will have a smoker. I personally would not bother with a 305 since there are so many 350's around that cost the same to rebuild and have more grunt. But that all depends on what the engine is going into.
