Hi All,
I took delivery of a new 310 on Saturday morning, and we received 2 inches of rain on Saturday night (which is strange, because here in Australia, we're in the midst of the worst drought in two hundred years !)
Has any one come across any rain water leaks in the front cabin ?
The leak seems strange, because -
* The undersides of the "V" berth wall cushions on both port and stbd sides were soaked
* Both front Portholes secure & Dry on the inside
* The Vinyl below portholes and above backrests was dry
* water was pooling on the "V" berth seats - about 2 cups on each side
I checked the sealant around the outside of both portholes and it appeared sound. Is there any chance that water might be gathering on the rubstrip and maybe entering through one of the rubstrip screw holes ?
Any other ideas ?
