Ran it was glad to make it back to Dock. Ran good in tank I thought..Dead cylinder Used spark tester one very good spark the other nothing at all. Motor new to me Have a cd manual . Is there a good thread on getting to the coil etc. If one is bad should I replace both. Will change points at same time. Also do the carb overhaul ; this has both the low speed and high speed adjustment. Best place to get parts I did get the steering fixed. BUT I can tell you how Not to do it. Wish I would have asked first. Info I did get from here I was still able to do it. Wasn't the right way. Few mistakes cut cable in half --Big mistake Ken

try laingsoutboards.com for your parts. As far as the coils go, i dont see why you would need to change both if your spark is great on one, but the experts on here may know more. A manual would be your best friend, try ebay, it will never lie to you, ;)
