35 johnson 3cyl compression

Checking compression on my 1999 johnson 3cyl 35.

1=110

2=110

3=120

Does this look within normal compression numbers?

My 1985 30 2 cly johnson has 130 on both cyls?

You want it to be within 10% which yours is the actual number is less critical. I would say yours is good. If you haven't removed the oil injection on that outboard do it. It needs to go as it is unreliable use 50:1 premix.

hidef is correct. Get ride of that oiling system on the mtr asap or your compression #'s won't be that good.
