350 mpi 2003 gradually getting hot

Hello my name is Andrew I have a 2003 350 mpi that is gradually getting hot on me. I have replacer the shutter flaps the thermostat water pump impeller took off outdrive Bravo 3 pulled out pieces of shutters. The water pump went a couple of years ago and it got hot melted the impeller and shutter flaps . Wondering if my risors could be clogged? Please help
