35HP Chrysler-What year and model is this motor????????

I have recently acquired a boat from my deceased Uncle. The motor on it needs some work.<br />It is a Chrysler 35HP, model number 356HK. Could anyone please tell me what year and model this is ???<br />I sure would appreciate the help. Iwould like to get it running and in the water this year. I have alot of fishing to do !!!!<br />Thanks in advance for any replies.
