Marine water pumps are standard on marine engines.
Truck water pumps are standard on truck engines.
Automotive water pumps are standard on automotive engines.
What's your point?

In the words of the great Bond-o - Ayuh... there's your biggest problem. The nice looking chrome ones will rust into piles of nothing and look worse that what you have on there now in no time. Most of the chrome ones are cheaply plated over questionable quality tin - they even rust up on a car. If you want it to look nice, I would suggest investing in some good paint.

Re: 4.3 chevy valve covers

I bought som chrome valve covers off ebay three years ago, and fitted them on one of my 4,3 Penta engines. Three years later theres no rust on them.
I clean mine regularly, and the plating looks to be really good on the ones i bought, so maybe I was just lucky.
Be aware that valve covers for an Astro van are different, as the Astro uses a rubber grommet and a small pipe where the oil filler cap usually sits.
