New engine, new Holly 4 bbl carb. After 10 hours, engine starts to bog down as throttling up at about half wo at about 2,500 rpms. I'll pull back a bit, and slowly throttle up and engine picks up and goes and runs smoothly otherwise. Warm or cold, same problem. Don't know if engine's temporarily flooding or starved for fuel or whether carb jet is dirty. What would be the best stepwise approach to identifying the problem?
