Can someone point me in the right direction. I have a 4.3 gm mercruiser that is leaking fluid on the front between the head and the intake but only when under a load.
Since my first post, I have pulled intake and head. The gaskets on either were messed up. I can see where it looks like oil was going under the gasket.
The front and back under the manifold are RTV Black silicone.Clean block and manifold with acetone, Run a 1/4 inch thick bead ,carefully set manifold in place, start BUT DO NOT TIGHTEN the intake manifold bolts.Let cure overnight, now torque to specs.
