4.3 Mercruiser strange intermittent noise

Hi all, looking for some direction. I’ve got a strange noise that appears to be coming from the engine bay. 4.3 Mercruiser MPI / Alpha 1 Gen 2. I’ve attached a link to a video I took of it. Any ideas?

Drop the belt off and see if still does it...

I'm with Chris on this one, sounds like an intermittent pulley/component noise. Remove the belt, spin each pulley freely (that can be), check for wobble/loose/noise or anything not smooth. Can go as far as running the motor for a short period to see if the noise goes away.

Yeah. Take the belt off (but make sure it can still cool itself)
