4.3 OMC stubles and dies after coming down off plane.

Ok new problem....I get to the boat yesterday and she starts up fine. Out on the lake i come off plane she stumbles and dies. If i give her gas she will start but only for a few seconds. once going it runs good. Will dwell cause this issue? After it sits for a while goes back to normal operation. It only happens after a run it just wont idle.

Ayuh,... I'd sooner guess it's runnin' outa Fuel....

Check the fuel filters for water...

Will do....just replaced it though...anything else I should check?

Improper float adjustment may also cause your symptoms. You say it runs fine after sitting a while...next time it does it on the lake remove your fuel fill cap and see if it hisses like it is in a vacume...could be a vent hose issue.
