4.3 therm.houseing old style

i am doing a repower chevy 4.3 v6 1990 -merc does not make an old style therm. houseing for these yrs,i found one it comes in 2 parts,the problem is it sits up to high so the fuel line hits the houseing,are there any other houseings i can use that sit flush to the intake.

Ayuh,... If you go closed cooling, you'll need a Different 1 anyways....

If you don't go to closed cooling, use a thicker insulator under the carb.

thanks for the in fo,yes they have insulators to raise the carb so i can fit the fuel line into the carb,they also sell a univir,fuel line i could use.
