4.3l Exhaust Shutter Question

2006 4.3l carbed. Can u check and/or replace exhaust shutters without removing the exhaust risers/manifolds?

normally yes, loosen the clamps and slide the lower rubber coupler all the way down to clear the dump elbow, remove it and replace the shutters.
