THE CHOKE WON'T WORK AND THE WIRES GO UNDER THE FLY WHEEL<br />How do you check the voltage on this<br />choke won't work when you push in key

Check the voltage at the choke selonoid. should be at least 12 Volts when you push the key "IN" while the ignition is in the "ON" position.
