My 40hp Merc 2 stroke is bogging out from time to time. It starts right up will run great and just die out. It starts right back up but then I can't go past about a quarter throttle, at the most without it stalling. I even ran it up and down the lake after adding Stabil with it running great until I slowed down and tried to increase speed only to have it die out again. Any thoughts?
