sorry for long post but im about to pull hair out ..... i have rebuilt carb twice new plugs, wires, coils, fuel pump assembly, fuel hoses, new gas, water pump, any way it runs great at home in the trash can or on muffs in nuet ..as soon as i take it out it will barley go and then some times it will come up in rpms some.. i do not have tach so sorry no def numbers .... i did find out today that when i bump the choke it came up in rpms some about 1/2 of what it normally is also have 140 psi on both cylinders ...thanks in advance for any help

When you rebuilt the fuel pump, did you reverse the check valves? If the gaskets are on the wrong side it can cause something like you are describing.
Check for pinholes in the diapham. See if it looks like fuel is getting past it.
I would also check the carb float. If it is not adjusted to the correct height, it might allow to much fuel into the carb and foul a plug. Check the manual for the proper height adjustment.
