40 hpn mariner 4cyl one cyl dryer than the other three

all cylinders read from 120 125 psi ,i pulled the plugs a noticed #3 was not as wet as the others , but they are all hitting ok should this be a problem i should look for such as the reeds?

This could be an early sign that one carb is slightly leaner than the others.

While it is running acceptably now, this could be a sign that that carb is about to burn that cyl/piston without even an overheat alarm warning.

Lay all the plugs out in good light (sunlight) and take a few hi res pics and post them here.

It wouldn't hurt to clean your carbs and pay very close attention to the float levels
