Check the suicide switch and the key switch both, for a bad connection. The wires are the first thing to corrode and go bad on boat, and usually,at a terminal, or solder joint.

If all the componnents you list are known good (tested good). Then you have a short some where. Some where your ignit. is being grounded out. Kill switch, rev limiter,?.
Some of these motors were fitted with a mercury kill switch attached to throtle control.

There are 2 wires coming from under the flywheel. These are the kill wires (kill when connected together). Disconnect these wires and check for spark. That'll eliminate the kill circuit. Be sure the points are CLEAN. They may look ok, but are they clean. I usually allow the points to close on a piece of crokus cloth and drag it out several times alternating crokus sides. Then pull a non-gloss business card through last.

Good luck
