motor runs great but last time out while getting to a plane engine bogged at full throttle, I did notice that when pumping the bulb I could see air squirt into fuel filter and bulb never got very hard, since I'm assuming this is wrong and probably my source of bogging what is the most likely part to replace? the fuel bulb or connection to tank or motor? or am I totally off base? new to outboards so all help is appreciated. ~Aaron
