Look on the back of the ECM my guess is it has either 16236009 or 16236999 which is a Delphi number for a MEFI-3. We cannot solicit to buy/sell/give but can post in the Offshore Only Wanted section.
The 861721T2 is replaced by the MEFI-4 but it to is NLA. Bob at OBD Diagnostics can test and possibly repair. If unable to repair he may have one to replace.
The good thing is if you can find one (009 or 999) they can be reprogrammed so long as the same Delphi number is used
