470 water pump seals,which way???

Hey Guy's I need to know what position to install the new water pump seals in the front cover of my 470. Should both springs be facing the water side?<br /> The new seals are different from the old ones and I just want to make sure!<br /><br /> thanks, Lance Ingram Bryson City NC

yes ,both springs toward antifreeze.
