My points and condensers all look new and the points are set to .020 but I still have no spark what could be the problem?

Looks don't mean anything on a condenser. Maybe coils ? Grounded wire someplace.

stop switch? Might unhook one wire and see if you get spark.

I’m not really sure, I removed one of the coils and tested it good. Slammed it all together, and fired right up. So I have no clue

Interesting. If it pops up again, suspect bad wire connection(s) at a coil or plug boot.
