4hp seahorse only only runs when bulb is constantly pumped

About every 5 minutes I have to squeeze the bulb or it will die? Please help me

OK, have you checked to be sure the tank is vented?? If the vent is open, check the fuel pump. Disconnect fuel line from carb and put this fuel line in a tin can. Pull rope a few times, if you don't see fuel being pumped into can, rebuild or replace fuel pump.

Bang on. It's the fuel pump as if the vent was closed even pumping it would not help.

I hooked up fuel line from my 70hp and now she runs perfect again.

Then your other hose has an air leak. It is sucking air instead of gas. Check the o-ring in the connector.
