5.0 to 5.7 swap

I know this been asked before but could not find on the site. Im that guy we all have heard of that didn't properly winterize their inboard motor and now need to replace their engine. I am replacing my 2007 5.0 MPI Vortec with a 5.7 Vortec, the boat was always a little week. My question is..... will the MPI and ECM from my current 5.0 work on the new 5.7? Do I need to get it remapped? Buy a new one? Or just run what I have? Thanks for any advice you might have.

Just have the one you have remapped, engine will need a bot more fuel. There are several places which can do it for you on line.
