First trip out yesterday. the end of the season last year I had low idle issue so while in the shop getting winterized they rebuilt carb. I go out yesterday starts idles fine but no top end. 4000 in gear is max rpm. neutral will go higher. last year between 45 and 50 mph yesterday only 36mph any ideas?
