First, the exhaust riser. It is a 2007 engine, and I'm due to replace the risers. Unfortunately, corrosion beat me to it. Even though it shows little sign of any issue on the outside, a small hole developed and exhaust is blowing out. The risers are volvo part 3863479, but I found a reference stating this one will work... Barr Marine Manifolds and Risers - Direct Replacement Riser, OMC-20-91 Can anyone confirm or suggest a source for finding the riser at a reasonable price? I'm in Trinidad and Tobago, but my wife is headed to the states next week, so I need to order it ASAP so she can bring it back with her. Prices local to me are ridiculous.
I pic of the riser...

Second, the previous owner painted the outdrive with a zinc chromate base about two years ago. I have heard this causes added corrosion with the SX-A outdrive, and I am seeing plenty of evidence to support it. Volvo calls for a chromate conversion solution that is washed off prior to a volvo primer, but I can't find it locally. Can anyone suggest a common brand they've used so I can better find this stuff?
Third, the serpentine belt on this engine has squeeled since the day I owned the boat. In the beginning I spent weeks trying to find the problem, to no avail. I gave up, turned up the radio, carry spare belts, got good at changing it, and clean the engine compartment religiously. I do know it is absolutely related to the serpentine belt. Pulleys are all fine, spin freely, not bent, etc. Tensioner is good, etc. The power steering bracket causes a misalignment that bends the belt enough to cause the noise and added wear. I've tried shims, etc, with no change. I'm selling the boat and really want to sell a good running boat. Have any of you experienced belt misalignment at the power steering pulley? Suggestions?
Thanks for the help!
