Got a 99 boat in the spring , that was stored for 7 years but was outside a couple of months before I got it. Plug hole filled with debris so was full of rainwater up to floor level, now every thing woks great exept ther's no power at the fuel pump. Checked and cleaned all fuses and relays I could find .Pump runs and engine runs when jumpered could it be the computer?
