5.7 Mercruiser EFI, idle after warmup quits engine

I can hear the hissing. It sure sounds like an IAC issue. Have you cleaned the TB?

Mine did the same thing. Computer was bad, Was running lean and causing the surge. Computer needs to be re-programed.
I ended up putting in a DIY megasquirt computer. Runs Awesome now.

Hi everyone. Sorry for resurrecting this thread, but I'm having similar issues with my Mercruiser 5.7L EFI (1999) TBI. I mean its identical. Has this been resolved? Do we have any ideas what is causing this?
