Hi all, looking for any suggestions. I have a 2001 5.7 efi. I have had this boat for over 15 years and it is always well maintained. This your it started giving me trouble with starting after we have been out. after it sits a period it starts right up. Looking for ideas of things to check. Thanks.

It sits just a little while and is hard to start, but if it sits over night all good, correct?

If this is the case, most likely it needs a carb rebuild. The carb is leaking fuel after it stops and is flooding

Thank you guys. All dodge that is exactly correct. Bonds have done that and replaced filter/separator. Thanks again guys, will investigate the carburetor further.

it's the throttle body injection. I'm not totally familiar with it but I understand it's a kind of a hybrid between standard carb and injectors.
