Oil pan adapter.
its item 34 in the diagram
You need a different oil pan adapter and a remote drain kit
You may need to have the motor out to get to the fitting on the bottom of the oil pan. to me, that level of work is not worth the one time a year to drain the oil unless you have the motor out for other reasons.
it is up to you to do the research to the thread type on the current oil pan adapter where the dipstick tube attaches, as Volvo used 3 different adapters over the years. I personally would simply drill and tap the other side of the fitting for the 1/4" npt needed for the drain hose.
the pan side of the adapter is 1/2-20 threads. the hose side of the adapter will be 1/4" npt, or 3/8" npt, or AN-4 or AN-6 or M12 depending on what kit you get. the dipstick side of the fitting is going to be NPT or Metric ORB port depending on the specific dipstick
you can get hose kits nearly anywhere. like here

if you are expecting someone to give you an

it doesnt exist. there is no off-the-shelf one-size-fits all kit that will work, especially for volvo penta motors as they changed the adapter a few times over the years, and you never stated which exact version of the 100+ 5.7 liter motors you have.
however there are off-the-shelf hose kits, and once you determine which adapter you have, you can get the appropriate oil pan adapter with the correct threads to fit both the dipstick and the remote drain hose kit.
