5.7gi riser

Changing to 5.7 gi from a 1976 5.0 with a 280DP. Need riser adaptors. The 5.7 has 4" outlet. The 280DP Y pipe is 3". Mid elbo is 45 degrees. any suggestions where to get a 3" to 4" 45 elbow. Are silicone hoses Adequate? if so where can long leg 3-4" 45 degree elbow be found. I have been all over the Web can't find anything that's exactly what I need.
