Was running great. Suddenly while under power engine lost power and starts blowing what seems to be burning oil out of both breathers. Got me back to the dock and with no load runs fine.

Did a compression test and and all cylinders within spec except one that tested 30 psi first try and 0 every subsequent try. I pulled off valve cover and cycled engine everything appears normal in valve train and a glance.

Is the next next step to pull off the head? Or just new engine time?

Any Loud Noises occur when engine lost power. Pull the head. It may or may not be new engine time, depends on what happened?

I didn’t notice any loud noises. I figured it’s either rings, a hole in the piston, or a broken valve

Broken valve punching a hole in the piston was my guess. But I have guessed wrong in the past
